Aren't these owls kinda cute? But I laugh a bit at the "Daddy" owl's face - his eyes especially - I feel like he's looking at that lil' baby owl and thinking "What have we done?"
Technique: Stamp the image with Stazon Jet Black ink on Watercolor paper, then use markers and a blender pen to color the image. The marker will blend remarkably on the watercolor paper - giving you about the look of a Copic Marker.
Emboss the starburst image on Watercolor paper, using white embossing powder - wash over it with an aquapainter dipped into the lid of an ink pad that you've "smooshed" together. Go back over the word NEW with a marker in the same color to make it pop.
Change It: Simply change out your designer series paper and ribbon and you could customize this for boy or girl.
