Manic Monday is here! In more than one way if you live in Iowa! Apparently we are supposed to get a blizzard tonight and tomorrow, and possibly into Wednesday. I haven't been crossing my fingers with the weatherman's predictions as they've not been good at it lately! But I went to the store this morning to grab a couple things that we really didn't need. There were a couple of important things that we did need - like ground beef and toothpaste. Well....and Ginger Beer to make a couple of Moscow Mules. You know - things like that are important when you are snowed in!
So....let's talk briefly about the card for today....this was EASY! The quickest coloring you've seen this side of the Mississippi! It's simply done with some ink pads and sponge daubers.
The card itself is rather clean and simple. I say that in good terms - that's not a bad thing. To spruce it up a bit, I added some gold edging to the card - which is super simple with gold embossing powder.
